Recipes

Cheese Quesadilla:

Ingredients:

  • 1 flour tortilla
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (any type of cheese will do)
  • Cooking spray
Tools:

  • A skillet or pan
  • A spatula

Steps:

  1. Heat the skillet to 350 degrees.
  2. Open the tortilla so you can see a face. Spread the shredded cheese on one half and fold.
  3. Spray cooking spray on the skillet.
  4. Place the uncooked quesadilla in the skillet. Keep it there for 1 minute.
  5. Lower the temperature to about 280 degrees. Flip the quesadilla over and leave it cooking for two minutes. 
  6. Take the quesadilla out once the cheese has been fully melted. Then serve.
Note: Do not use your hands to flip the quesadilla. Always use the spatula.

Scrambled Eggs and Bacon

Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 strips of bacon
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper (optional)
  • Cooking spray
Tools:
  • 1 skillet or pan
  • 1 spatula
  • 1 small bowl
  • 1 whisk
  • 1 plate
Steps:

  1. Crack the eggs in the small bowl and mix them with the whisk.
  2. Heat the skillet to 280 degrees. Spray cooking spray on it.
  3. Take the 3 pieces of bacon and lay them on the skillet. Keep them flat with the spatula.
  4. Flip the bacon over after about 5 minutes. 
  5. Take the bacon out after another 5 minutes. Put the bacon in the plate.
  6. Spray cooking spray on the pan again.
  7. Pour the mixed eggs in the skillet and scramble them, constantly moving them around with the spatula.
  8. Use the spatula to spoon the scrambled eggs into the plate with the bacon in it. Serve warm.
Remember, do not use your hands to flip it. Always use the spatula!
